January 2019 EMPLOYEE of the MONTH
Andy is being awarded the “Employee of the Month” for the month of January 2019. Andy has been with the organization for a little over a year. In his time with the organization he has shown great commitment, a high work ethic and an ambition to do more and more for C&S. Andy has recently moved into a leadership role where he continues to produce high quality work and lead others to do the same. Andy is ultimately being selected for this award for his diligence in his craft, his safety record and his sustained results in his previous roles and his new role. Andy sets a great example for the C&S Rail Services’ way. The organization is very excited to present the Employee of the Month for January to Andy Bell and thank you for all you do for our organization.
