December 2018 EMPLOYEE of the MONTH
Jonathan is being awarded the “Employee of the Month” for the month of December 2018. Jon has shown leadership, dependability and a high moral compass during his tenure at C&S Rail Services. He is a huge team player and is always diligent in preparation and planning for his team’s daily and weekly tasks. Jon not only performs his current role as a dump truck driver to a very high standard but has also been able to help his team by filling in as a backhoe operator with minimal training. Jon continues to exemplify the C&S Rail Services’ way in safe, high quality work. The organization is very excited to present the Employee of the Month for December to Jonathan Thorp and thank you for all you do for our organization.
