January 2020 EMPLOYEE of the MONTH
Sam is being awarded “Employee of the Month” for the month of January 2020. Sam started with our company as a dump truck driver. He was a relatively quiet, consistent, “do your job” type of employee at the beginning of his tenure with C&S Rail. He slowly took over a quiet leadership role of coordination of logistics and asphalt on his own. His efforts did not go unnoticed and he was able to progress in leadership with our company. Sam is a great representative: if you do your job, and add value anywhere else you can, you will reap the benefits. The organization is very excited to present the Employee of the Month for January to Sam Phillips and thank you for all you do for our organization.
