November 2018 EMPLOYEE of the MONTH
Tom is being awarded the “Employee of the Month” for the month of November 2018. Tom has been with C&S since March 2013. Tom’s selection for this month is extremely deserving. Tom sets the tone for the C&S Rail Services’ way. His skill set and customer relations are second to none. He has knowledge and experience in and on the railroad that trumps most people in our organization. He is one of the most consistent and proficient at his craft while maintaining safety along the way. Tom displays a work ethic, integrity and dedication to his job, customers and company which is truly appreciated by not only C&S Rail Services, but also his teammates, customers and partners. The organization is very excited to present the Employee of the Month for November to Tom Long and thank you for all you have done and continue to do for our organization.
